From members (applicants and approved users): - Application data: name, email, niche/specialty, portfolio links, application pitch - Account data: password (hashed), profile information, subscription/billing status - Usage data: searches performed, leads claimed, outreach sent, in-app activity - Payment data: processed by our payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, or Netdigg's own payment system) — Anchor does not directly store full card numbers - Wallet data: held and processed by Netdigg's existing licensed wallet infrastructure - If listed in the Hiring Directory: bio, specialties, portfolio, and any contact details (WhatsApp, Telegram) you choose to make public About businesses (leads): - Publicly available business information sourced from official APIs (Google Places, Foursquare) and public web search results (for AI-discovered leads), including business name, category, location, phone number, and public social media presence - We do not collect or store any business's private data, and do not access any platform's data in violation of that platform's terms of service
- To operate the apply-only membership process (review, approve/reject applications) - To provide the Search, Lead Feed, and AI Discovery features - To send and route outreach on your behalf, and to route replies back to you (in-app and to your registered email) - To process subscription payments and wallet transactions - To communicate with you about your account, service changes, or support requests - To maintain platform security and prevent abuse (e.g. spam outreach, fraudulent payments)
We share data with: - Payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe) to process subscription payments - Netdigg's wallet system to process wallet deposits, transfers, and withdrawals - Email service providers to send outreach and transactional email on your behalf - Google Places, Foursquare, and similar API providers, as the source of business lead data (this is one-directional — we query them, we do not send them your data) - We do not sell member or lead data to third parties.

- Application data for rejected applicants is retained for [X months] to support reapplication review, then deleted. - Member account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure for legal/accounting purposes. - Lead data is retained per normal operational need and refreshed/removed as sources update.

Anchor is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted storage of sensitive fields and secure transmission (HTTPS) throughout the Platform. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
