Terms of Service

Last updated August 7, 2026. Anchor is operated by Netdigg ("Netdigg," "we," "us," or "our"), registered at [NETDIGG REGISTERED BUSINESS ADDRESS]. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Anchor (the "Platform"). By applying to join, creating an account, or using Anchor in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Anchor is

Anchor identifies businesses with a public online footprint but limited or no digital presence (such as no website), and connects them with vetted digital professionals ("members") who offer web design, branding, marketing, and related digital services. Anchor is a discovery and outreach tool. It is not a party to, and takes no responsibility for, any agreement, project, or payment arrangement a member enters into with a business they contact through the Platform, except where Anchor's own wallet or subscription billing is directly involved.

2. Eligibility and membership

- Membership is by application only. There is no open self-registration. - You must submit an application, including a portfolio and information about your work, which is reviewed by Netdigg. Approval is at Netdigg's discretion. - You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. - Netdigg may suspend or terminate membership at any time for violation of these Terms, including abuse of leads, spam, or misrepresentation in an application.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: - Use business or lead data obtained through Anchor for any purpose other than legitimate professional outreach related to Anchor's stated purpose. - Send outreach that violates applicable anti-spam law (including but not limited to CAN-SPAM in the United States), or that omits required sender identification or opt-out mechanisms. - Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent Anchor's data sourcing methods, or use the Platform to scrape data from third-party platforms whose terms prohibit it. - Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation with Anchor in outreach to businesses. - Use the Platform to harass, defraud, or mislead any business or individual. - Share your account or invite credentials with anyone else.

4. Leads and data accuracy

Business information surfaced through Anchor (including AI-discovered leads) is provided "as is." Anchor makes reasonable efforts to source accurate information from official APIs and public sources, but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any business's contact information, and is not liable for outreach sent to inaccurate or outdated information.

5. Subscriptions and payments

- Anchor offers a free membership tier and a paid "Pro" tier, billed on a recurring basis through your chosen payment provider (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, Netdigg's payment system, or manual bank transfer). - Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase. - Failure to pay may result in suspension of Pro features after a grace period; it will not result in termination of your base membership without separate cause.

6. Wallet

- Anchor's wallet feature is provided through Netdigg's existing licensed wallet and payment infrastructure. Funds held in a member's wallet are held and processed by Netdigg, not by Anchor as a separate entity. - You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wallet transaction PIN. Netdigg is not liable for losses resulting from a compromised PIN due to your own negligence. - Wallet transfers between members are final once completed, except where Netdigg's dispute process (see Section 9) applies.

7. Hiring Directory

- Listing in the Hiring Directory is optional and requires both an active Pro subscription and your explicit opt-in. - Netdigg does not guarantee work, clients, or income as a result of a Hiring Directory listing. - Netdigg's "verified" badge reflects a manual review of submitted materials and is not a guarantee of a member's work quality, reliability, or legal compliance in any engagement.

8. Intellectual property

The Anchor name, logo, and platform design are the property of Netdigg. Members retain ownership of their own portfolio content and outreach materials they create using the Platform's tools.

9. Disputes between members and businesses, or between members

Anchor is not a party to engagements formed through the Platform. Disputes over payment, project scope, or quality of work between a member and a business, or between two members (e.g. via the Hiring Directory), are the responsibility of those parties. Netdigg may, at its discretion, assist with disputes specifically involving Anchor's own wallet transactions.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Netdigg does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leads generated will result in business.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netdigg's total liability arising from your use of Anchor shall not exceed the amount you paid Netdigg in subscription fees in the twelve months preceding the claim. Netdigg is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business opportunities.

12. Termination

Netdigg may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time; wallet balances will be handled per Netdigg's standard payout process.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to these Terms

Netdigg may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
